Los Javis Espadin Reposado 750 ml Producer_clonakilty It's an aromaticFull bodied aromatic blend of chamomile, caramel and grass. Our Reposado is marked by rich hints of caramelized butter, marzipan and baa bread. Los Javis Reposado is made with agave Espadin in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca. The agave used to make this mezcal were roasted in an underground oven, crushed by horse drawn tahona, fermented with open air yeasts, and double distilled in a copper pot still. After distillation, this mezcal is aged for six months
